Project Brief
The project includes the construction of a new central platform, a set of subsea production system and three subsea pipelines, and the modification works of 8-3 WHPB platform (including riser installation and platform renovation). It is a project with large investment scale and high complexity, the construction of the project will be a large-scale and multi-level system engineering, which requires timely and accurate information exchange, coordination and communication.
The upper platform is 83 meters long and 40 meters wide, with an area equivalent to eight basketball courts. The height is 53 meters, equivalent to the height of a 15-storey building. And its weight is 12800 tons, equivalent to the weight of a light aircraft carrier.
